LON’s at the hermosa is Arizona’s only remaining authentic hacienda. Its elegant adobe dining room is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery Arizona has to offer.
Chef Michael Rusconi grows a wide selection of herbs and heirloom fruits, vegetables and grains on the Inn grounds. Harvested at the peak of their flavor and combined with other locally grown produce, the ingredients are incorporated into dishes that are brilliantly creative, yet direct and approachable. Menus are designed for maximum culinary impact with dishes that range from the pecan roasted pork chop to the cactus pear lacquered breast of duck.
